This picture shows how the control cables convert the
pedal action in the cockpit to a push/ pull action on the
pitch control shaft.

Update:
I had a visit from her Majesty's Warwickshire Police
Force and they
kindly informed me that
apparently the chap that I had the tail boom from had
no right to give it to me and that it had to be returned.
Nice. Thus the tail boom is back in the hands of the
owner (?) and I am out of pocket. Jobs a Badun. |
